Rock Milk Oolong has a deep aroma of redwood and anise, but the first sips surprise with rich, full-bodied creamy notes. As the tea steeps out, sweet cinnamon spice comes out, accented by floral orchid and fruity papaya. In very long steepings, as deep granite flavor comes through to bring the "rock" to the "milk". Tthe lingering sensation and mouthwatering sweetness make the "yun" aspect of this tea impossible to ignore. The "yun" helps provide balance between the rocky notes and the sweet notes.

The true legends involve magic, and of course, Wuyi tea.... "
