The Qilin is a mythical Chinese creature associated with wise benevolent rulers that has been compared to the unicorn, and the giraffe. The tea has a deep savory barley note with a bright burst of yuzu. The deep savory is balanced by a floral lilac undertone and a sweet vegetal touch of cucumber. This tea is an evocative exploration of Xiang, the aromatic aspect of Wuyi Oolong.
