The #7572 blend from Chun Hai is all about elegance and balance. While some pu’er teas push all the way in one direction, Chun Hai is able to compose a tea that fills the whole palate with unique aromatic florals, sweet lingering bready savory notes, cooling spice, and dark fruit. The way these elements build off of each other over many steepings makes this an absolute joy to taste. The florals are particularly unique and refreshing in the fruit-dominant world of shu pu’er. Over a decade of age has lifted each element and brought them together for a tight taste composition.

'Most pu’er does become more complex over time. Astringency mellows out, darker and richer flavors come through. Textural complexities become more pronounced. Starting with an intriguing young pu’er of high quality with lots of textures and flavors at play will increase your chances of graceful aging.'
