The half moon form is one of Lai Xiaohong’s signature pieces. The effortless grace of the curves and shape are meticulously planned and measured to perfection. This duan ni clay is particularly warm and yellow, making it a great choice for bringing out patina over time. The bold lotus relief is a technically challenging carving that rewards brewing often by filling in darker over time. The interior is graced with a large strainer with dozens of holes for a smooth pour.
