This great little pot from Chen Liang is hand built with zhu ni in a classic "shi piao" (stone dipper) shape. The traditional form balances a series of triangles in the negative and positive spaces created by the pot. The lid is well-fitted and the spout and handle are sculpted for a lifetime of use. The zhu ni clay is just waiting to grow more lustrous over years.
