    Da Dan is named after a type of osmanthus. Master Zhang loves leaving room for biodiversity by growing rare cultivars like this one. Master Zhang's finishing style on this tea brings out swet vegetal notes, linger spice and sweetness, and of course, floral osmanthus.


  • 'The aroma is full of orange blossom and citrus marmalade. Indeed, the first infusions were packed with big cistus and neroli flavor with angostura clove notes, orange citrus peel, and clean jasmine. The texture was woody like Huang Zhi Xiang Dancong, and slightly cooling on the tongue.'
