This lovely pot from Lai Xiaohong combines an elegant Shi Piao (stone dipper) shape with graceful carving. The handsome Cu Sha (course sand) Zhuni clay is just waiting to be seasoned so that it can glow and shine over time; every carved stroke will eventually fill in with tea oils and deepen in color, creating wonderful contrast over years of use. The handle, spout and perfectly fitted lid are carefully sculpted for a lifetime of use.
