While Wuyi Rou Gui is famous, and the Li Family’s Rou Gui is consistently racking up gold medals year after year, this tiny batch was finished differently during the yaoqing process - the turning and fluffing stage - to bring out a juicier and fruitier profile than the archetypal standard. Shui Mi Tao literally means “honey peach,” an accurate name for a tea that tastes like biting into a perfect peach. Complimenting the honeyed flavor are notes of cooling camphor and sweet cinnamon with an electric juicy aftertaste.

  • 'The Wuyishan Ecological Preserve was shaped by ancient volcanoes, giving it a mix of extremely rocky and sandy soil. This soil contributes to the flavor of the region’s tea though regulating water drainage and encouraging deeper roots, as well as through its mineral-rich mix of nutrients the tea absorbs as it grows.'
