While much of Dehua has moved towards Jingdezhen-style lustrous porcelain, Peng Yuan Studio still fires the soft, matte finish smooth pieces for which Dehua was first known. This is a fine example of traditional Dehua porcelain. The natural edging is hand-painted for a rustic touch.
