This 2017 pre-Qing Ming harvest is made exclusively from tiny fresh buds. These buds are beautifully small and plump. The early delicate picking is very downy and intensely sweet. The aroma is full of savory sweetness, while the brewed tea is creamy and vanilla-heavy with fresh vegetal notes and a touch of citrus. Well balanced, sweet, lingering and impossible to oversteep. This is a lovely example of the elegance of silver needle white tea.
