Da BaiTea Varietal

Silver Needle, or Bai Hao Yin Zhen, is the most sought-after white tea. While Xikou’s cold weather gives them a better picking window for this 100% bud material harvest, their older root stock and taller untrimmed bushes yield less buds overall. The result is more nuance and sweetness packed into each bud than you’d see in a larger factory plantation with high yields and young plants. Silver Needle isn’t about flavor. It is all about texture and aftertaste. It brews up almost as light as water, but every sip is packed with creamy luscious texture, deep honeyed floral aroma and a mouth-watering juicy aftertaste.

This tea is pre-packed in individual 5g packets for sizes under 100g.
