Tiandiren Workshop dos a huge variety of blended sheng and shu pu’er, drawing on their experience with pressing and aging for the last several decades to hone in on their unique flavor profile. This twelve year old shu pu’er offering from Tiandiren is extremely clean, without even a hint of sourness. It almost sparkles on the palate. Notes of sweet wet wood, brown sugar, and dried fruit come together for a deeply comforting shu pu’er. The big leaf pressing yields a uniquely sweet tea perfect for all-day brewing.
