Bai Mu Dan (white peony) is picked with a combination of early spring buds and tender leaves, full of bud down that adds texture and richness to the tea. This Ming Qian harvest is full of rich sesame notes and vibrant fresh olive oil undertones to complement the smooth, honeyed aftertaste and zesty Italian citrus highlights.
